Irene Gomez, has just finished her fourth Cd, which is mostly devoted for classical guitar students and teachers are welcome to use it!


Estudios y Fantasias is the name of this new album that contains Estudios by Carcassi, Brouwer, Villalobos, and Fantasia "Les Adieux" from Fernando Sor and "Fantasia after themes of The Traviata" from Francisco Tárrega, (recently assigned to former Julian Arcas!)

Irene Gomez performed very succesfully at auditorium Walker Recital Hall of Mercy Hurst College in Erie Pennsylvania durying the Season 2006-2007 with amazing program composed by Dyens, Gardel, Casterede, Tarrega, Coulanges. She performed at Wesleyan University invited by Guitar Fortworth Society on October 20th. UTD faculty of Arts and Humanities created a new Concert Series where she was firts guest on October 19th and finally Irene Gomez rendered tribute to Gabriel Garcia Marquez at Eastfield College this time under the organization of Departament of Languages.
